Prior to my current role at Lloyds TSB, I worked in business development, in both telecommunications and banking. In these roles I helped drive significant new business in both the payments straight through processing, and anti-money laundering space.

I am an active blogger, and I have been consistently active online. My main blog, www.Visible-Banking.com, is one of the top 20 banking blogs on the internet today. I am an experienced presenter, thought leader, and advocate for Web 2.0, and I am a regularly requested speaker at conferences.

I hold an Msc in IT and an MBA, both of which were obtained in my homeland France.
